Panorama II is a 50-metre, two-masted motor sailer built to SOLAS standards and designed for slow, steady exploration of French Polynesia at 10 knots. The ship carries 49 guests in a traditional yacht-style environment defined by wood-panelled lounges, warm interior tones, and wide outdoor areas. Public spaces include a main-deck lounge with bar and library, an indoor dining room for single-seating service, and an upper-deck aft dining area for open-air meals when conditions allow. The bow sun deck provides generous space with loungers, complementing a swimming platform and water-based equipment such as snorkelling gear and kayaks. The atmosphere is quiet, unhurried, and centred on open-air living.

Accommodation is spread across four categories and all 25 cabins offer outward views through windows or portholes. Category C and B cabins sit on the Lower Deck with portholes and en-suite bathrooms; Category B also includes triple-occupancy options. Category A cabins on the Main Deck use full windows, while a single Category P cabin on the Upper Deck offers the largest window and the most elevated outlook. All cabins include individually controlled air-conditioning, en-suite shower rooms, TV, internal-use telephone, mini-fridge, safe, hairdryer, and piped music. Movement between decks is simple and the scale of the ship keeps public areas within close reach, supported by a crew of 16–18 focused on consistent, unobtrusive service.
