Hotel Barge Scottish Highlander offers the refined comfort of a traditional country house, subtly styled with tartan fabrics and landscape artwork that reflect the dramatic scenery of the Scottish Highlands. At 117 feet in length, she provides a spacious and relaxed setting for cruising the Great Glen during spring, summer and autumn. The inviting saloon features rich wood panelling, large picture windows and leather Chesterfield sofas, complemented by a well-stocked bar where guests can enjoy a fine single malt whisky while watching the landscape glide past.

Accommodation is limited to eight guests, creating an intimate atmosphere, with three twin or double staterooms and one larger junior suite, all centrally heated and en suite. On deck, guests can relax in the observation area behind the wheelhouse or on the forward seating area, ideal for photography and uninterrupted views of lochs, canals and landmarks such as Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness. Life on board is completed by traditional Scottish cuisine prepared by the onboard chef and attentive service from an experienced crew, paired with a cruising programme that highlights whisky, castles, historic sites and exceptional Highland scenery.
